The Veterinary Leadership Group (VLG) is composed of approximately twenty-five current or former veterinary practice owners or senior managers of animal hospitals.
We are a diverse group with many interests and areas of expertise. Represented in the group are both solo and multi-practitioner practices, practices with multiple locations and large referral practices. We have several members who are well recognized in the veterinary world as experts in practice management and marketing, as well as members who are former practice owners but who still contribute as mentors.
The greatest benefit from membership in VLG is the ability to network with a group of individuals and practices regarding any aspect of the business of veterinary medicine. At meetings, we are constantly comparing different methods used to solve similar problems. Between meetings, we use our web site's Discussion Forums to continue these discussions. Additionally, our web site is a repository of documents we can all download for use in our practices.
